Students will have a conceptual (read: non-experiential) knowledge of the speaking order and time limits present within a policy debate round.

I can identify how long each constructive or rebuttal speech in a policy debate will be.
I can identify the speaker positions of each debater within a policy debate.
I can identify what speech, and who should be speaking next in within a policy debate.
I can identify whom should be asking cross examination questions next within a policy debate.
I can examine the arguments made within an ongoing debate and have a probabilistic chance of determining what speech is being given based upon content, form, time constraints and events directly preceding or following the artifact.
